چکیده
The constructivist research programme on international norms has demonstrated convincingly that, how, and why matter. Norms have been shown to constitute the identity of actors, guide their behaviour into desired directions, and, altogether, generate normative basis system. Also, while focus intended effects certainly encompasses an essential part phenomenon, unintended largely neglected. Motivated by these shortcomings, article presents new systematisation norms. typology developed here discerns two types effects, namely prohibitive obligative well corresponding permissive omissive effects.
